Heart of the Mountain Pet Resort is excited to be the first boarding kennel in the local area to offer this personalized service and know this will enhance the boarding experience for all pet owners and their pets.
24-Hour Access to View your Pet in Real Time
MOBILE USERS
After the mobile app has been installed and opened, you will add the cameras by touching the + symbol in one of the viewer squares. Next, choose the + symbol in the upper right corner of the screen. Select the DVR/NVR/IP camera option. In the Name field, please enter your first name. In the Device ID field, you will enter LNRZA5995671A95 or scan the QR Code provided when you drop off your pet. Leave all other information the same.
Log in using the following:
Username: 1
Password: heart123
You should now be able to select the Connect button at the bottom of the screen to view the cameras.
PC USERS
For PC users - select the following web address or type it into your browser: http://24.119.135.86/
This will bring you to the LOREX Cloud web service to sign into your pet's live Pet Cam.
You will need to login with the following information.
Username: 1
Password: heart123
On the left side of the screen, you will be able to select your pet's assigned camera to view them in real-time!
*you may be prompted to install a browser plugin to ensure proper video feedback.
